Hacienda Nápoles hotels: the official chain and how to book it
Hacienda Nápoles runs its own hotel chain, with two hotels inside the park. They are not sold on Booking or through agencies, so here is how to book them without getting scammed, plus similar options that are on Booking.
How to book the official chain
The park puts it plainly on its site: buy only on the official site, as it does not sell through third parties. That is why its hotels are not on Booking. You book at hotelesdoradal.com, on WhatsApp (+57) 313 628 6931 or by email at info@hotelesdoradal.com. Payment is by bank transfer or cash at the desk. Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out at noon.
Inside the park are África (five cabins with a private pool) and Casablanca (Arab-style architecture by a lake), both open only in some seasons.
